Join us for a beautiful sunset dinner cruise aboard FantaSea Yacht’s Dandeana in Marina Del Rey, to support the Boys & Girls Club sailing program.
Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary and the Boys & Girls Club have launched a partnership that will provide access for 1000 kids throughout Los Angeles County to experience the already popular, BGC’s Sailing & Water Recreation Summer program. Funds raised on June 8th will go in part to The Boys & Girls Clubs to help maintain this program through the entire summer of 2023. A portion of the funds will also go to support the Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary Club and its youth service programs. Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary is committed to supporting our kids with these programs empowering their lives literally and emotionally towards their futures.

This year's 19th Annual "Spring into Well-Being" celebration will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2023 on the Drollinger Family Stage at Loyola Marymount University. We will hold an amazing celebration, auctions and more. Join us as we honor the 2023 Community Builder: LAWA CEO Justin Erbacci. This year's goal is to raise over $350,000.
The "Spring into Well-Being" Celebration is the most important way for us to raise the funds necessary to continue our mission of providing low-cost mental health services and training new mental health professionals.
Please be on the lookout for more information about the Spring Celebration in the coming weeks and months, but circle May 18 on your calendar now and make sure to join us for what promises to be a great event.

Mar Vista Family Center: Annual Literacy Fair
Mar Vista Family Center's Annual Literacy Fair is a morning event for parents and children aged 0-11 years to participate in fun, food, crafts, games, and free books! The event aims to
1) encourage families to read together
2) foster an appreciation for books; and
3) demonstrate the importance of reading to our children.
These goals are achieved through our story-time read aloud, our communion around literature, our literary themed crafts, and our book bag giveaways. The event is free and open to the public and is hosted annually in April. Please contact the Center for details on our Annual Literacy Fair to be held on Saturday, March 18th, 2023!
